Sharp's Offshore Pilsner
Offshore Pilsner, previously known as 'Cornish Pilsner'
(a beer brewed since 2011), is inspired by those rare moments when the wind turns offshore to create perfectly clean waves
and that feeling of cool, refreshing sea spray on your face.
Offshore is a pale straw beer with a herbal lemon aroma.
In the mouth the beer is crisp and light with clean fruit notes.
The finish is brisk and refreshing leaving a dry citrus linger.

Doom Bar is inspired by its namesake, the treacherous sandbank at the mouth of the Camel Estuary near Sharps' home at Rock.
Accomplished and precise, Doom Bar is the epitomy of consistency,
balance and moreish appeal and is now the UK's no.1 selling cask beer.
An enticing aroma of resinous hop, sweet malt and delicate roasted notes.
The mouth feel is a balanced, complex blend of succulent dried fruit,
lightly roasted malt and a subtle yet assertive bitterness.
The finish is dry and refreshing.

Fuller’s London Pride is an award-winning classic. A rich, smooth and wonderfully balanced beer, its distinctive malty base is complemented by well developed hop character, from adding Target, Challenger and Northdown varieties to the brew.
Described by leading beer writer Roger Protz as “an astonishingly complex ale for its strength”, its flavour has been likened by Stephen Cox, beer writer and former campaigns director at CAMRA, to “the sensation of angels dancing on the tongue...”!
London Pride has twice been awarded Champion Best Bitter at the CAMRA Great British Beer Festival in 1979 and 1995, and achieved the ultimate accolade of Champion Beer of Britain in 1979. It has won a host of awards around the world, including being crowned Supreme Champion at the 2000 International Beer and Cider competition.

Lushingtons is a cool, hop-laden pale ale brewed using
traditional methods with Cornish water; whole-flower Citra, Belma
and Willamette hops; Cornish malted barley and wheat;
and Skinner’s unique yeast.
Bursting with fruit, within its bittersweet scent you’ll pick up lime and mangoes with a little lychee.
Its creamy texture contains a slight strawberry finish.

Old Rosie is Weston Cider's flagship traditional unfiltered cloudy cider, matured in oak vats with an ABV of 7.3%.
The name derives from Weston’s much loved 1921
Aveling and Porter steam roller which was christened 'Old Rosie' after the Laurie Lee book, 'Cider With Rosie'.
Mid golden and straw-like in colour, Old Rosie is a cloudy,
medium-bodied fruity cider that has a wonderful aroma of wild berry fruits, honey and vintage cider-barrels.
With this classic 'scrumpy cider' aroma and additional complexity on the palate, Old Rosie captures the heart of Herefordshire, therefore underpinning the rural provenance of cloudy cider.
An extremely pleasant bitter, straw coloured beer with a terrific fresh, hoppy aroma.
The taste is crisp and just on the bitter side with flavours of lemon and herbs before a dry, bitter, herbal-hoppy finish.
This, coupled with an intense bitterness, leads to an excellent long, dry finish.
